Little Red Bug

Having some fun with photoshop. I thought these were ladybugs when I first spotted them. I got a little closer and I have no idea what they are, but what great color!

Cloud Cover

Spent the day at my bothers campsite in Otis on Saturday. Started out as a nice day then it got cloudy and sprinkled then stopped again. K and I took a walk down to the water during a lull in the rain, what a beautiful place. Well as we were walking back to the camp it started to rain again. We did manage to get some shots :-)

The Line-Up

I took this when we were having a short break from the rain last week. The downpours have finally stopped and we've had two days of sun! So I'm posting this to remind myself that rain is not always that bad when it can create something as cool as this :-)

Dwarf Columbine

This is a dwarf columbine, only standing about 2 inches from the ground. To get this amazing shot I had to almost lay on the ground! I am so pleased with this shot :-)

Sweet Scent of Lilac

My lilacs are blooming, what an intoxicating scent!

Forget-Me-Not

These little Forget-me-nots were blooming in my planter barrel. They were not planted there last year so it was quite a surprise when I saw the pretty blue flowers.

Tender

Bleeding Heart ~ Flowers!

I was able to pull myself away from Caroline for awhile to get some photos other than her :-) The bleeding heart is in full bloom, I just love this plant!
