Sweet Caroline

Welcome to the World! My daughter Nicole and her husband Jon are the proud parents of Caroline Barbara. Born April 26th at 1:09 AM, 7lbs 6.2oz and 20 3/4 inches long. This is our first grandchild, ain't she cute :-) Everyone is doing fine!

My Bleeding Heart is growing like crazy.(thanks to the warm weather) There are buds all over it!

Pink on Purple

I had this purple glass bottle laying around the house and it was so pretty with the sunlight shining thru it. The flowers are soft pink and they were a nice compliment to the bottle.

Ah, new growth, sunshine and dirt! Love it, can't wait to get down and dirty in the gardens :-)

Cimbing the Oak

Climbing hydrangea slowly crawls up the rough bark of the old oak tree. Sure hope it blooms this year.

Blue Sky of Spring

Sunday was a perfect day. Comfortable temps, a cloudless blue sky and me with camera in hand. All is good, the pussy willow is blooming!

My Crocus!

My crocus are finally blooming! Got outside for awhile to do some yardwork (weather was perfect) uncovered some hidden treasures waiting to bloom. (to be posted when they do)
