Dwarf Columbine

This is a dwarf columbine, only standing about 2 inches from the ground. To get this amazing shot I had to almost lay on the ground! I am so pleased with this shot :-) Posted by Picasa

Beautiful! Once again I don't know this plant. We do live in the same country don't we? :-) I'm glad to hear of your willingness to go for the shot. It reminds me of a post from Joy where she was lying on her belly in her garden only to find her neighbor standing behind her quietly waiting for her to finish :-)

Thanks Wendy, can't wait to see yours! This weather is horrible, are we ever going to see the sun again?! :-(

That's a good one James:-) I can only imagine what the neighbors think! Same planet, different climate, these must be cool weather plants. Thanks

Those droplets remind me of those clear paperweights that are so smooth and reflective, and almost as interesting as nature!
