First Snow

Happy Thanksgiving to all. They said we would get snow today, they were right! The first snowfall with 3 inches (they said only one) and it's very pretty and clean. I only had to open window to get this shot.

Everytime I walk into the backroom I see my daughters wedding dress. She's been married since May 2004, time to pack it away.

This was near the end of K's and my journey to Conant Brook Dam. The water pouring over this small dam was beautiful. Love that sound!

Leaf Swirl

K and I went photo seeking again, another overcast day:( We went to an area, Conant Brook Dam, that had been flooded in the October downpours. We're not used to that, in the spring we get some localized flooding along the rivers, not usually to bad. Where this was taken was behind the dam and from the debris in the trees and along the hills we would have been under about 20 feet of water! These leaves just kept swirling around forming differant patterns in the water.

Lights On The Water

The light reflections were from a bridge in Tampa. I took this in August, we were there for the NTDC - National Truck Driving Championship. My hubby drives for ABF, he won 1st place in the twins class for Massachusetts and went on to compete in Tampa. He didn't win :( but he did well and a good time was had by all.

Leaves of Many Colors

It's getting dark way to fast for me! Grabbed a little outdoor time to snap a few pics. The color of these highbush cranberry leaves were beautiful, the berries were pretty nice to.
